Collection of Scientific Papers "Scientific Notes"
Збірник наукових праць «Вчені записки» почав своє існування у 1998 році. Засновником та видавцем є Державний вищий навчальний заклад «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана». Збірник зареєстровано в Міністерстві юстиції України свідоцтво про державну реєстрацію КВ № 11576-448 Р від 27.08.06р. Збірник внесено до переліку фахових видань України, у яких можуть публікуватися результати дисертаційних робіт з економіки (постанова президії ВАК від 09.06.1999р. № 1-05/7). До друку приймаються тільки раніше не опубліковані статті , які мають зовнішню рецензію. Автор несе відповідальність за оригінальність статті.
Метою збірника наукових праць «Вчені записки» є дослідження актуальних питань з економіки та апробація теоретико-методичних розробок наукових шкіл сфери економіки. Відповідно до зазначеної мети, буде вирішено ряд завдань:
- оприлюднено результати наукових досліджень з економіки;
- забезпечення активізації економічної наукової спільноти та активізації інноваційного розвитку економіки;
- поширення вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду щодо функціонування суб’єктів ринкових відносин.
- акумуляція актуальної інформації щодо економічних змін та відповідних трансформаційних процесів між стейкхолдерами ринкових відносин;
- формування майданчика високоінтелектуальної творчості та апробації результатів наукових досліджень.
Збірник дотримується етичних правил подання інформації, яку дозволяється використовувати для навчання та для наукових досліджень.
Етичні правила для авторів, рецензентів та редакторів
(Ці правила ґрунтуються на принципах, розроблених Комітетом з етики наукових публікацій - COPE).
- Етичні правила для авторів. Автори повинні гарантувати оригінальність своїх досліджень. Забороняється подавати до журналу статті, які вже були опубліковані, або одночасне подання однієї і тієї ж статті на розгляд до кількох журналів. Всі особи, які внесли значний вклад у дослідження, в тому числі формулювання ідеї та мети дослідження, методичних підходів, виконання дослідження та інтерпретацію результатів, повинні бути вказані як співавтори. Необхідно уникати будь-яких форм плагіату, дотримуватися чинного законодаства про охорону авторських прав. Автори повинні гарантувати, що методика і результати їх дослідження належним чином представлені та об'єктивно інтерпретовані. Необхідно чітко вказувати застереження до якості використаних емпіричних даних і методів. Будь-які фальсифікації під час виконання дослідницьких процедур та інтерпретації результатів є неприйнятними. Редакція може звертатися до авторів щодо уточнення інформації, тому автор, який відповідає за листування з редакцією, несе відповідальність за належне формування переліку співавторів, а також за ознайомлення усіх співавторів з остаточною версією статті та схвалення ними статті до публікації.
- Етичні правила для рецензентів. Процес рецензування є анонімним та забезпечує оцінювання наукової статті щодо доцільності її публікації в журналі. Рецензенти мають надати своє бачення статті та пропозиції, щодо прийняття її до друку. З метою гарантування швидкого і неупередженого рецензування, необхідно якомога швидше надати редакції підтвердження своєї компетенції у даній тематиці та можливість впоратися із завданням у встановлений термін.Рецензенти зобов'язані зберігати конфіденційність отриманих матеріалів. Забороняється поширювати отримані для рецензування матеріали та проводити їх обговорення з будь-якими особами, окрім представників редакції журналу. При рецензуванні потрібно зберігати максимальну об'єктивність, чітко і зрозуміло обґрунтовувати свою аргументацію. Рецензенти зобов'язані повідомити редакцію про будь-які публікації, які не були належним чином процитовані авторами. Рецензент не має права використовувати інформацію, отриману під час розгляду статті, для особистих цілей, зокрема отримання будь-якої особистої вигоди. Рецензенти повинні відмовитися від рецензування у випадку наявності конфлікту інтересів, таких як співробітництво або конкуренція з будь-яким автором статті чи установою / організацією, у якій виконувалася робота або працює щонайменше один із авторів.
- Етичні правила для редакторів. Редакція журналу несе відповідальність за рішення про публікацію статті. Рішення редакції є остаточним. Рішення редактора повинне ґрунтуватися на власному судженні про наукову значущість статті, а також відгуках рецензентів. Редакція журналу докладає усіх можливих зусиль для уникнення порушення авторських прав, плагіату або інших неправомірних дій авторів. При прийнятті рішення редакція керується виключно якістю статтей. Редактори не можуть використовувати у власних цілях матеріали відхилених статей. Редактори повинні суворо дотримуватися правил анонімності, зокрема, гарантувати анонімність рецензентів. Крім того, редакторам не дозволено поширювати будь-яку інформацію про подані статті будь-яким особам за виключенням авторів, рецензентів, наукових консультантів і видавця.

The collection of scientific works "Scientific Notes" began its existence in 1998. The founder and publisher is the State Higher Educational Institution "Vadim Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics". The collection is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, certificate of state registration KV No. 11576-448 R dated 08/27/06. The collection is included in the list of professional publications of Ukraine, in which the results of dissertations on economics can be published (Decision of the Presidium of the Supreme Administrative Court dated 06/09/1999 No. 1-05/7). Only previously unpublished articles that have an external review are accepted for publication. The author is responsible for the originality of the article.
The purpose of the collection of scientific works "Scientific Notes" is to study current issues in economics and to test the theoretical and methodological developments of scientific schools in the field of economics. In accordance with the specified goal, a number of tasks will be solved:
the results of scientific research on economics are published;
ensuring activation of the economic scientific community and activation of innovative economic development;
dissemination of domestic and foreign experience regarding the functioning of subjects of market relations.
accumulation of relevant information on economic changes and relevant transformational processes between stakeholders of market relations;
forming a platform for highly intellectual creativity and testing the results of scientific research.
The collection adheres to the ethical rules of presenting information that is allowed to be used for teaching and for scientific research.
Ethical rules for authors, reviewers and editors
(These rules are based on the principles developed by the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications - COPE).
Ethical rules for authors. Authors must guarantee the originality of their research. It is forbidden to submit to the journal articles that have already been published, or to simultaneously submit the same article for consideration to several journals. All persons who made a significant contribution to the study, including the formulation of the idea and purpose of the study, methodological approaches, execution of the study and interpretation of the results, should be listed as co-authors. It is necessary to avoid any forms of plagiarism, to observe the current legislation on copyright protection. Authors must ensure that the methodology and results of their research are properly presented and objectively interpreted. It is necessary to clearly state the caveats to the quality of the empirical data and methods used. Any falsifications during the performance of research procedures and interpretation of results are unacceptable. The editors may contact the authors for clarification of information, therefore the author who is responsible for correspondence with the editors is responsible for the proper formation of the list of co-authors, as well as for familiarizing all co-authors with the final version of the article and their approval of the article before publication.
Ethical rules for reviewers. The review process is anonymous and provides an assessment of the scientific article regarding the appropriateness of its publication in the journal. Reviewers must provide their vision of the article and proposals for its acceptance for publication. In order to guarantee a quick and impartial review, it is necessary to provide the editors with confirmation of their competence in the given topic as soon as possible and the opportunity to cope with the task within the set deadline. The reviewers are obliged to keep the confidentiality of the received materials. It is forbidden to distribute the materials received for review and to discuss them with any persons, except for representatives of the editorial staff of the journal. When reviewing, you need to maintain maximum objectivity, clearly and clearly justify your argumentation. Reviewers are required to notify the editors of any publications that have not been properly cited by the authors. The reviewer has no right to use the information obtained during the review of the article for personal purposes, including obtaining any personal benefit. Reviewers should refrain from reviewing if there is a conflict of interest, such as collaboration or competition with any author of the article or the institution/organization in which at least one of the authors worked or works.
Ethical rules for editors. The editors of the journal are responsible for the decision to publish the article. The editorial decision is final. The editor's decision should be based on his own judgment about the scientific significance of the article, as well as the reviews of the reviewers. The editors of the magazine make every possible effort to avoid copyright infringement, plagiarism or other illegal actions of the authors. When making a decision, the editors are guided exclusively by the quality of the articles. Editors cannot use the materials of rejected articles for their own purposes. Editors must strictly adhere to the rules of anonymity, in particular, guarantee the anonymity of reviewers. In addition, editors are not permitted to distribute any information about submitted articles to anyone other than authors, reviewers, scientific advisors, and the publisher.
