Анотація: Туризм є однією з тих галузей, що стрімко розвивається в усьому світі.
Туристична діяльність тісно пов’язана з регіональним розвитком. За певних умов вона спричинює створення нових робочих місць, ріст соціального благополуччя місцевого населення, сприяє збільшенню бюджетних надходжень, залученню інвестицій, розбудові інфраструктури тощо. Туризм формує та сприяє просуванню іміджу й інформації про регіон, країну на національному, міжнародному рівнях. Відповідно економічний, культурний, соціальний і ресурсний потенціал регіону формує передумови для розвитку туристичної діяльності. Це актуально для таких центрів, як Київ, який відіграє роль провідного політичного, економічного, ділового, духовно-культурного та історичного осередку України, що має важливе міжнародне та регіональне значення. Враховуючи вплив феномену туризму, беручи до уваги роль м. Київ, туристична діяльність та її зв’язок з регіональним розвитком потребують подальших досліджень. Проблемою розвитку туристичної галузі в регіональному вимірі та її окремих аспектів займались зарубіжні вчені К. Адамс, Дж. К. Холловей, Н. Тейлор, Ф. Котлер та інші. Серед вітчизняних учених, які працювали над питаннями відповідної тематики,можна виділити Б.
Данилишина, Т. Ткаченко, В. Семенова, С. Соколенка та інших. У статті проаналізовано актуальні теоретичні, практичні засадитуристичної діяльності як чинника регіонального розвитку з огляду на цілі сталого розвитку та тенденції «Індустрії 4.0». Дістали подальшого розвитку обґрунтування базової ролі історико-культурної та природної спадщини в туристичній діяльності, регіональному розвитку, зокрема як кластероутворюючогофактору та як об’єкту публічно-приватного партнерства. У статті визначено систему ключових аспектів туристичної діяльності, а саме: кластеризацію, розвиток публічно-приватного партнерства, актуалізацію ролі історико-культурної та природної спадщини, поглиблене застосування геоінформаційних систем і технологій.
Одночасно із застосуванням сучасних маркетингових та інформаційних технологій, запровадження комплексного інноваційного підходу, що передбачає зосередження на системі цих ключових аспектів, розглядається як матриця розвитку туризму в контексті управління регіональним розвитком.
Abstract: Tourism is one of the world’s fastest growing industries. Tourist activity is closely connected to regional development. Under certain conditions it facilitates creation of new jobs, increase in local population’s social wellbeing, contributes to the increase of budget revenues, attraction of investments, infrastructure development etc. Tourism forms and promotes the image and information about the region and the country at national and international levels. Accordingly,economic, cultural, social and resource potential of the region forms prerequisites of tourist activity development. This is relevant for such centers as Kyiv, which plays the role of a leading political, economic, business, spiritual, cultural and historical hub of Ukraine, which has important international and regional significance.
Given the impact of the phenomenon of tourism and taking into account the role of Kyiv, tourist activity and its relationship with regional development require further research. The problem of tourism industry and its separate aspects in the regional dimension was studied by such foreign researchers as K. Adams, J. K. Holloway, N. Taylor, F. Kotler and others. It is also important to highlight such Ukrainian scientists as B. Danylyshyn, T. Tkachenko, V. Semenov, S. Sokolenko and others, who also worked on relevant issues. Current theoretical, practical principles of tourist activity as a factor of regional development in view of sustainable development goals and "Industry 4.0" trends have been analyzed in the article. Substantiation of the basic role of historical, cultural and natural heritage of tourist activity, regional development, in particular, as a cluster-forming factor and as an object of public-private partnership, has been further developed. The article identifies a system of key aspects of tourist activity, specifically: clustering, public-private partnership development, actualization of historical, cultural and natural heritage role, in-depth application of geoinformation systems and technologies. Simultaneous application of modern marketing and information technologies and introduction of complex innovative approach which provides for focusing on the system of these key aspects is considered as a matrix for tourism development in the context of regional development management.
