Збірник наукових праць «Вчені записки»
Збірник наукових праць, що з 1997 року публікується під назвою «Вчені записки», є наступником видань:
- «Вісті Київського Комерційного Інституту» (засноване у 1919 р.),
- «Наукові записки Київського інституту Народного Господарства» (виходило з 1923 р.).
Мета видання
- створення платформи для поширення, обміну та структуризації наукової інформації;
- оприлюднення результатів актуальних досліджень науковців з України та інших країн;
- забезпечення відкритого доступу до знань для вчених, студентів і практиків у сфері прикладної та фундаментальної економічної науки, економічного управління та регулювання.
Тематика публікацій
Редакція приймає наукові статті, присвячені таким проблемам:
- пояснення, моделювання, прогнозування, управління та регулювання економічних процесів на макро-, мікро- та міжнародному рівнях;
- оцінка соціально-економічних наслідків реформ, структурних та інституціональних змін у суспільних і господарських системах регіонального, галузевого, національного та глобального рівнів;
- прикладні аспекти державної політики та міжнародних економічних відносин;
- методологія наукових досліджень та проблеми економічної освіти.
При відборі публікацій редакція керується:
✔ актуальністю тематики у сучасному науковому дискурсі;
✔ коректністю застосування методології та обґрунтованістю вибору методів;
✔ науковою і прикладною цінністю результатів.
Історія та статус
- Збірник з першого випуску внесено до переліку наукових фахових видань України, у яких можуть публікуватися результати дисертаційних робіт для здобуття наукових ступенів доктора і кандидата наук з економіки.
- Наразі триває підготовка документів для реєстрації у міжнародних наукометричних базах.
Доступ до видання
- Тираж – 50 примірників.
- Випуски доступні у бібліотеці КНЕУ та у провідних наукових бібліотеках України.
- Електронні копії (починаючи з 8-го випуску 2006 року) передаються на зберігання до Національної бібліотеки України імені В. І. Вернадського.

Пам’ятка щодо подання статей до журналу
Для публікації статей у відповідних випусках просимо дотримуватися таких термінів:
- №1 – подання матеріалів до 25 лютого
- №2 – подання матеріалів до 25 травня
- №3 – подання матеріалів до 25 вересня
- №4 – подання матеріалів до 25 листопада
Подані після вказаних термінів матеріали розглядатимуться у наступному номері.
Оплата за опрацювання, рецензування та оприлюднення статті (APC)
З 2026 року збірник наукових праць «Вчені записки» функціонує за моделлю діамантового відкритого доступу (Diamond Open Access).
Ця модель передбачає, що ні на авторів, ні на читачів не покладаються витрати, по’вязані з функціонування редакції, підготовкою та публікацією статей. Зокрема:
автори не сплачують за подання, опрацювання, рецензування та публікацію статей;
читачі мають вільний та безоплатний доступ до повних текстів публікацій;
відсутні будь-які приховані платежі або додаткові збори.
Редакційна діяльність збірника здійснюється за фінансової та інституційної підтримки засновника.
Рішення щодо прийняття або відхилення статті ухвалюються виключно на підставі:
наукової якості дослідження;
результатів подвійного сліпого рецензування;
відповідності профілю та вимогам збірника.
Фінансові аспекти не впливають на редакційні рішення щодо прийняття / відхилення / визначення послідовності / моменту часу публікації статей.
Збірник дотримується принципів прозорості та академічної доброчесності відповідно до рекомендацій Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) та вимог відкритої науки.
Collection of Scientific Papers "Scientific Notes"
The Collection of Scientific Papers, published since 1997 under the title "Scientific Notes", is the successor of the following editions:
- "Bulletin of the Kyiv Commercial Institute" (first published in 1919),
- "Scientific Notes of the Kyiv Institute of National Economy" (published since 1923).
Aim of the Journal
- to create a platform for the dissemination, exchange, and structuring of scientific information;
- to provide opportunities for researchers from Ukraine and abroad to publish the results of relevant studies;
- to ensure open access to knowledge for scholars, students, and professionals in the fields of applied and fundamental economic science, economic management, and regulation.
Scope of Publications
The Editorial Board accepts scientific articles devoted to:
- explanation, modeling, forecasting, management, and regulation of economic processes at the macro-, micro-, and international levels;
- assessment of the socio-economic consequences of reforms, structural and institutional changes in social and economic systems at the regional, sectoral, national, and global levels;
- applied issues of public policy and international economic relations;
- methodology of scientific research and economic education.
In the selection process, the Editorial Board considers:
✔ the relevance of the article’s topic in the modern scientific discourse;
✔ the correctness of methodology and justification of research methods;
✔ the scientific and applied value of the results.
History and Status
- Since the first issue, the journal has been included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine, where the results of dissertations for obtaining the degrees of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences in Economics may be published.
- Currently, documents are being prepared for registration in international scientometric databases.
Access to the Journal
- Print run – 50 copies.
- Issues are available in the KNEU library and in major scientific libraries of Ukraine.
- Electronic copies (since Issue 8, 2006) are archived in the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.

Guidelines for Article Submission
To be considered for publication in a specific issue, please adhere to the following deadlines:
- Issue 1 – submit by February 25
- Issue 2 – submit by May 25
- Issue 3 – submit by September 25
- Issue 4 – submit by November 25
- Articles submitted after these deadlines will be considered for the next issue.
Payment for processing, reviewing and publishing an article (APC)
Collection of Scientific Papers "Scientific Notes"
has been operating under the Diamond Open Access model.
This model assumes that neither authors nor readers are charged with the costs associated with the functioning of the editorial office, preparation and publication of articles. In particular:
authors do not pay for submitting, processing, reviewing and publishing articles;
readers have free and free access to the full texts of publications;
there are no hidden payments or additional fees.
The editorial activities of the collection are carried out with the financial and institutional support of the founder.
Decisions on accepting or rejecting an article are made solely on the basis of:
the scientific quality of the research;
the results of double-blind peer review;
compliance with the profile and requirements of the collection.
Financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions regarding acceptance/rejection/sequence/timing of articles.
The collection adheres to the principles of transparency and academic integrity in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the requirements of open science.
