ПОРЯДОК ВІДКЛИКАННЯ ОПУБЛІКОВАНИХ СТАТЕЙ
Порядок ретракції
Редакція збірника наукових праць «Вчені записки» передбачає можливість відкликання опублікованої статті за ініціативою автора (авторів), або редакції. Підставою для відкликання з ініціативи редакції можуть бути не відомі редакції на момент публікації факти, що доводять стосовно оприлюдненої статті або її авторів:
- серйозні етичні порушення (плагіат, маніпуляція даними, інші явні порушення принципів описаних в розділі «Політика академічної доброчесності та публікаційної етики»);
- суттєві розриви між описаною методологією і фактично застосованими авторами процедурами роботи з даними, які підривають достовірність дослідження;
- проведення дослідження з використанням неетичних методів;
- повторна публікація результатів без належного посилання, дозволу чи обґрунтування.
Підставою для відкликання з ініціативи автора (авторів) може бути вимога автора (авторів), що обов’язково має містити пояснення причини відкликання, декларацію про добровільність та самостійність рішення автора (авторів) про відкликання, відмову від фінансових чи етично обумовлених претензій до редакції збірника наукових праць «Вчені записки» та згоду на оприлюднення повідомлення про відкликання статті на сайті видання.
Етапи процедури ретракції за ініціативою редакції:
- після отримання скарги або за власною ініціативою редакція розпочинає внутрішнє розслідування.
- Автор(и) мають можливість надати письмову відповідь на висунуті претензії.
- За результатами розслідування редакція ухвалює рішення про необхідність ретракції.
- Офіційне повідомлення про ретракцію публікується на вебсайті журналу та в наступному номері, із зазначенням причини та дати ретракції.
- Онлайн-версія ретрактованої статті позначається як «відізвана» (retracted) та містить посилання на офіційну заяву про ретракцію.
У процесі ретракції редколегія керується настановами та рекомендаціями COPE
Етапи процедури ретракції за ініціативою автора (авторів):
1. після отримання заяви автора (авторів) редакція збирає робочу групу для прийняття рішення про ретрацію, що розглядає заяву і ухвалює рішення не пізніше ніж за два тижні від підтвердженого отримання заяви автора (авторів).
Онлайн-версія ретрактованої статті позначається як «відізвана» (retracted) та містить посилання на офіційну заяву про ретракцію.
PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWING PUBLISHED ARTICLES
RETRACTION PROCEDURE
The Editorial Board of the scientific proceedings “Scientific Notes” provides for the possibility of retracting a published article at the initiative of the author(s) or the Editorial Board.
The grounds for retraction at the initiative of the Editorial Board may include facts not known at the time of publication that demonstrate with regard to the published article or its authors:
- serious ethical violations (plagiarism, data manipulation, other obvious violations of the principles described in the section “Academic Integrity and Publication Ethics Policy”);
- significant discrepancies between the described methodology and the procedures actually applied by the authors, which undermine the reliability of the research;
- conducting research using unethical methods;
- duplicate publication of results without proper reference, permission, or justification.
The grounds for retraction at the initiative of the author(s) may be a request from the author(s), which must necessarily include an explanation of the reason for retraction, a declaration of voluntariness and independence of the decision, a waiver of financial or ethically conditioned claims against the Editorial Board, and consent to the publication of a retraction notice on the scientific proceedings website.
Stages of the retraction procedure at the initiative of the Editorial Board:
- After receiving a complaint or on its own initiative, the Editorial Board initiates an internal investigation.
- The author(s) are given the opportunity to provide a written response to the claims.
- Based on the results of the investigation, the Editorial Board makes a decision on the necessity of retraction.
- An official retraction notice is published on the Scientific Notes website and in the next issue, indicating the reason and date of retraction.
- The online version of the retracted article is marked as “retracted” and contains a reference to the official retraction statement.
In the process of retraction, the Editorial Board is guided by the recommendations of COPE (настановами та рекомендаціями COPE).
Stages of the retraction procedure at the initiative of the author(s):
- After receiving the author’s request, the Editorial Board forms a working group to decide on the retraction, which considers the request and makes a decision no later than two weeks from confirmed receipt.
The online version of the retracted article is marked as “retracted” and contains a reference to the official retraction statement.
