Анотація: Дослідження, представлене статтею, присвячено актуальним проблемам досягнення соціальної безпеки та сталого розвитку, на що мають вплив ряд чинників внутрішнього і зовнішнього характеру. Серед них одне з провідних місць посідають пов’язані з діяльністю освітньої сфери, які можливо визначити в якості освітньої домінанти, що обумовлюється зростанням ролі та значення освіти в сучасному світі, що переживає період глибоких трансформацій. Зазначене зумовлює необхідність здійснення відповідних трансформацій на рівні нашої країни, інституційну основу яких передусім мають складати гнучка законодавчо-нормативна база, а також чіткий розподіл компетенції міністерств, відомств, організацій щодо реалізації тих нормативних положень, які безпосередньо впливають на стан соціальної безпеки та процеси сталого розвиток у цілому. При цьому відмічено, що соціальна безпека передбачає необхідність того, щоб об’єктом безпосереднього впливу держави стала людина з її потенціалом і соціальноекономічними потребами, завдяки чого має забезпечуватися успішне подолання соціальних, а також екологічних загроз і небезпек. Також звернено увагу на небезпеки, що несуть у собі соціальні негаразди та природні небезпеки, серед яких називаються й епідемічні захворювання. Розкрито актуальні питання пов’язані зі здійсненням трансформаційних перетворень. У зазначеному аспекті розглянуто науково обґрунтовані принципи стосовно здійснення процесів трансформації безпосередньо в сфері освіти. У цьому зв’язку наголошено на необхідності застосування у сфері освіти найновіших технологій, а також підкреслено важливість дотримання при її трансформації запропонованих підходів і принципів. Все це сприятиме не лише підвищенню якості освіти, підготовки фахівців, а й прискоренню досягнення сталого соціально-економічного розвитку та зростанню добробуту громадян України. Значне місце в статті посідає також огляд досвіду інших країн у контексті аналізу соціальних проблем щодо безпекової ситуації в нашій країні та обґрунтування шляхів їх успішного вирішення.
Abstract: The research presented in the article is devoted to topical problems of achieving social safety and sustainable development, which is influenced by a number of internal and external factors. Among them, one of the leading places is occupied by those related to the activities of the educational sphere, and which can be defined as an educational dominant. This moment is due to the growth of the role and importance of education in the modern world, which is going through a period of profound transformations. This necessitates the implementation of appropriate transformations in our country, the institutional basis of which, first of all, should be a flexible legislative and regulatory framework, as well as a clear distribution of the competences of ministries, departments, organizations for the implementation of regulations that directly affect the state of social safety and sustainable processes development in general. At the same time, it is noted that social safety provides for the need for a person with his potential and socio-economic needs to become the object of direct influence of the state, due to which the successful overcoming of social as well as environmental threats and dangers should be ensured. Attention is also drawn to the dangers posed by social problems and natural hazards, among which are called epidemic diseases. Reveals topical issues related to the implementation of transformational transformations. In this aspect, scientifically grounded principles are considered for the implementation of transformation processes directly in the field of education. In this regard, the need to apply the latest technologies in the field of education is emphasized, and the importance of observing the proposed approaches and principles during its transformation is emphasized. All this will contribute not only to improving the quality of education, training specialists, but also to accelerate the achievement of sustainable socio-economic development and the growth of the wellbeing of Ukrainian citizens. A significant place in the article is also occupied by a review of the experience of other countries in the context of the analysis of problems related to the provision of social safety in our country and the substantiation of ways of their successful solution.
