Роль інтелектуальної складової у забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку підприємства
THE ROLE OF THE INTELLECTUAL COMPONENT IN ENSURING INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Анотація: Сучасні тенденції економічних змін актуалізують дослідження напрямів забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємств. Значення набуває інтелектуальна діяльність персоналу в інноваційному процесі підприємства. Публікації науковців щодо залучення інтелектуального капіталу, інтелектуальних ресурсів, інтелектуальних активів та інших компонентів для забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємства дозволили відзначити відсутність єдності, відокремлений їх розгляд і потребу у систематизації. Це визначило необхідність дослідження ролі інтелектуальної складової у забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку підприємства з урахуванням важливості персоналу при формуванні інтелектуальних компонентів. Встановлено, що головним джерелом формування інтелектуальної складової є персонал, що наділений знаннями, має вміння і досвід, генерує інноваційні ідеї та створює інноваційні продукти. Визначено інтелектуальну складову забезпечення інноваційного розвитку підприємства розглядати як сукупність інтелектуальних компонентів, які комплексно взаємопов’язані та у взаємодії приймають участь у продукуванні, розробці, впровадженні та комерціалізації інновації. Запропоновано до інтелектуальних компонентів відносити: інтелектуальну складову інноваційного потенціалу персоналу, інтелектуальну працю, інтелектуальну діяльність, інтелектуальні ресурси, інтелектуальні активи, інтелектуальні продукти, об’єкти інтелектуальної власності, інтелектуальний капітал та інтелектуальну безпеку. У статті надано характеристику всім інтелектуальним компонентам, виявлені взаємозв’язки між ними та визначена їхня роль у забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку підприємства. Особливу увагу приділено результатам інтелектуальної праці персоналу — об’єктам інтелектуальної власності. На основі статистичних даних щодо поширення об’єктів промислової власності продемонстровано зниження інноваційної активності в Україні. Дослідження ролі інтелектуальної складової дозволить звернути увагу науковців і практиків на важливість сумісного застосування всіх інтелектуальних компонентів у забезпеченні активного інноваційного розвитку підприємства.
Abstract: Current trends in economic change update the study of areas of innovative development of enterprises. The intellectual activity of the personnel in the innovative process of the enterprise acquires value. The publications of scientists on attracting intellectual capital, intellectual resources, intellectual assets and other components to ensure the innovative development of the enterprise noted the lack of unity, their separate consideration and the need for systematization. This determined the need to study the role of the intellectual component in ensuring the innovative development of the enterprise, taking into account the importance of staff in the formation of intellectual components. It is established that the main source of formation of the intellectual component is the staff endowed with knowledge, skills and experience, generates innovative ideas and creates innovative products. The intellectual component of ensuring the innovative development of the enterprise is considered as a set of intellectual components that are comprehensively interconnected and interact in the production, development, implementation and commercialization of innovation. It is proposed to include the intellectual components: the intellectual component of the innovative potential of staff, intellectual work, intellectual activity, intellectual resources, intellectual assets, intellectual products, intellectual property, intellectual capital and intellectual security. The article describes all the intellectual components, identifies the relationships between them and identifies their role in ensuring the innovative development of the enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the results of intellectual work of staff - intellectual property. Based on statistics on the spread of industrial property, the decline in innovation activity in Ukraine has been demonstrated. The study of the role of the intellectual component will draw the attention of scientists and practitioners to the importance of the joint use of all intellectual components in ensuring the active innovative development of the enterprise.
