Анотація: Аграрний комплекс відіграє важливу роль у розвитку економіки України.
Одне з важливіших завдань сільського господарства, окрім забезпечення власних населення та переробної і харчової промисловості якісною продукцією, є укріплення держави за рахунок виходу на міжнародні ринки. Вихід на європейський ринок потребує використання сучасних інноваційних технологій на виробництві, виготовлення конкурентоспроможної продукції, яка б відповідала високим стандартам якості, та нарощування обсягів її експорту. Статтю присвячено дослідженню диверсифікації галузі сільського господарства як структурної складової національної економічної системи в умовах інтеграції України до європейського ринку. Проведено літературний пошук за темою роботи за минуле десятиріччя. Наведено результати ретроспективного аналізу статистичних даних щодо розвитку вітчизняного аграрного комплексу за минуле десятиріччя (2010–2019). Показано динаміку експорту сільськогосподарської продукції у грошовому еквіваленті у період 2014–2020 рр. Розглянуто структуру українського експорту у розрізі товарної номенклатури. Розкрито тенденції та динаміку зовнішньої торгівлі аграрно-продовольчими товарами між країнами Європейського Союзу та Україною на основі статистичних даних щодо експорту за період 2010–2017 рр. у грошовому та товарному вигляді. Зроблено пропозиції щодо перспективних напрямів збільшення обсягів експорту. Доведено, що це може стати органічне землеробство, особливо овочівництво та ягідництво. Для цього необхідно буде запровадити інноваційні технології вирощування та зберігання, вкладаючи чималі кошти, проте висока ціна на органічні продукти в цивілізованих країнах дозволять отримати певний прибуток. Одним із перспективних напрямів збільшення обсягів експорту може стати органічне землеробство, особливо овочівництво та ягідництво. Наголошено на необхідності підтримки українських аграріїв на рівні держави через пошук нових ринків збуту, розширення міжнародних квот на товари, компенсації витрат за впровадження сучасних технологій у виробництві та стимулювання торгувати не сировиною, а продукцією з високим рівнем переробки, що дозволить підвищити конкурентоспроможність сільськогосподарської галузі.
Abstract: The agrarian complex plays an important role in the development of the economy of Ukraine. One of the most important tasks of agriculture, in addition to providing its own population and the processing and food industry with high-quality products, is strengthening the state through access to international markets. Entering the European market requires the use of modern innovative technologies in production, the production of competitive products that meet high-quality standards, and increasing the volume of its exports. The article is devoted to the study of the diversification of the agricultural sector as a structural component of the national economic system in the context of Ukraine’s integration into the European market. A literature search was conducted on the topic of work for the past decade. The paper presents the results of a retrospective analysis of statistical data on the development of the domestic agricultural complex over the past decade (from 2010 to 2019), shows the dynamics of agricultural exports in monetary terms in the period from 2014 to 2020, and examines the structure of Ukrainian exports in terms of product nomenclature. The trends and dynamics of foreign trade in agricultural and food products between the countries of the European Union, members of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and Ukraine are revealed based on statistical data on exports for the period from 2010 to 2017 in monetary and commodity form. Proposals were made regarding promising directions for increasing export volumes. It can become organic farming, especially vegetable and berry growing.
For this, it will be necessary to introduce innovative cultivation and storage technologies, investing considerable funds, but the high price of organic products in civilized countries will allow them to obtain a certain profit. It emphasized the need to support Ukrainian farmers at the state level by searching for new sales markets, expanding international quotas for goods, compensating costs for the introduction of modern technologies in production, and encouraging trade not in raw materials, but in products with a high degree of processing, which will increase the competitiveness of the agricultural industry.
