Анотація: В статті обґрунтувано, здійснено наукову оцінку ефективності розвитку та особливості формування агровиробничої сфери в умовах нашого часу.
Предметно-об’єктною основою дослідження є діяльність підприємств в агровиробничій сфері України та аграрні підприємства Харківської області, Укаїни та зарубіжних країн.
Економіка держави та її розвиток начасі господарювання більш за все залежить від прогресу та ефективності діяльності суб’єктів господарювання агропромислового комплексу (АПК). Особливу важливість в цьому контексті має сільськогосподарське підприємництво, яке відіграє ключову роль у збереженні цілісності територій села, розвитку їх інфраструктури та формуванні матеріального добробуту населення, яке охоплює не лише сільську, а й загальну економіку. Крім того, сільськогосподарське підприємництво відіграє важливу роль у макроекономічних показниках, активно внесені у валовий внутрішній продукт України, і займає стабільно провідне положення серед інших галузей економіки країни.
Досліджено стан та роль державної політики у сфері стимулювання розвитку агровиробництва, що повинна враховувати сучасні умови господарювання агроформувань та розробляти таку політику регулювання, яка б підштовхувала сільськогосподарські підприємства до виробництва готової продукції для підвищення рівня ВВП країни.
На засадах формування організаційних та економічних умов, за напрямом стратегії і механізму стимулювання розвитку агровиробництва запропоновано конкретний набір пріоритетів, на які слід орієнтувати державну політику.
Abstract: The article substantiates and carries out a scientific assessment of the effectiveness of development and the peculiarities of the formation of the agro-production sphere in the conditions of our time.
The subject-object basis of the research is the activity of enterprises in the agro-production sphere of Ukraine and agricultural enterprises of the Kharkiv region, Ukraine and foreign countries.
The economy of the state and its development at the time of management depends more than anything on the progress and efficiency of the business entities of the agro-industrial complex (APC). In this context, agricultural entrepreneurship plays a key role in preserving the integrity of village territories, developing their infrastructure, and shaping the material well-being of the population, which covers not only the rural but also the general economy. In addition, agricultural entrepreneurship plays an important role in macroeconomic indicators, which are actively included in the gross domestic product of Ukraine. It occupies a stable leading position among other branches of the country’s economy.
The state and role of state policy in the sphere of stimulating the development of agricultural production, should take into account the modern conditions of management of agricultural formations and develop such a regulatory policy that would encourage agricultural enterprises to produce finished products to increase the level of the country’s GDP, was studied.
Based on the formation of organisational and economic conditions, according to the direction of the strategy and the mechanism of stimulating the development of agricultural production, a specific set of priorities is proposed on which the state policy should be oriented.
