Анотація: Сільськогосподарські підприємства відіграють вирішальну роль у забез-печенні продовольства та економічного зростання регіонів. Ефективне використан-ня земельних ресурсів стає визначальним фактором для їхнього успішного функці-онування та стійкого розвитку. Пояснення важливості ефективного використання земельних ресурсів для сільськогосподарських підприємств базується на тому, що ці ресурси є основою для виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції, забезпе- чуючи не лише високу якість та кількість продукції, але й стабільність економічного розвитку галузі та забезпечення ринкових потреб. Зростаюча конкуренція на світо-вих та регіональних ринках, зміни кліматичних умов, швидке зростання населення — усі ці фактори ставлять підвищені вимоги до ефективного використання земель-них ресурсів. Розуміння визначення земельних ресурсів в сучасному контексті є надзвичайно важливим для ефективного управління сільським господарством, еко-номікою та екологією. Крім того, це має важливе значення для прийняття рішень на різних рівнях управління, включаючи розробку політики земельних відносин, плану-вання територіального розвитку та забезпечення сталого використання земель. Розуміння та вдосконалення методологічних аспектів організаційно-економічного механізму ефективності може допомогти забезпечити стале та продуктивне викори-стання земельних ресурсів, що є важливим кроком у забезпеченні сталого розвитку сільськогосподарського сектора. У даній статті розглядаються методологічні аспек-ти організаційно-економічного механізму ефективності використання земельних ре-сурсів на сільськогосподарських підприємствах. Проаналізовано теоретичні засади визначення земельних ресурсів, визначено ключові складові організаційно-економічного механізму, а також вивчено фактори, які впливають на ефективність використання земельних ресурсів. В статті робиться спроба систематизувати інфо-рмацію з цієї області. Для побудови цивілізованого ринку землі в Україні важливо використовувати ринкові механізми, а не командно-адміністративні методи. Держа-ва повинна не лише контролювати дотримання законності, але й створювати сприя-тливе середовище для розвитку ринку. Необхідно чітко визначити такі поняття, як «цільове призначення», і спростити процедуру зміни цільового призначення земельних ділянок. Формування активного ринку землі в Україні передбачає різні принципи, вклю-чаючи свободу власності та діяльності, повне право власності, самофінансування, еко-номічну відповідальність, конкуренцію та державне регулювання. Проте, українське за-конодавство про земельні відносини має свої недоліки, які ускладнюють процес отримання прав на землю для інвесторів та місцевих громад, тому потребує удоскона-лення. Для побудови цивілізованого ринку землі в Україні необхідно використовувати ринкові механізми та створювати сприятливе середовище для розвитку ринку, включа-ючи чітке визначення понять та спрощення процедур.
Abstract: Agricultural enterprises play a crucial role in ensuring food security and economic growth in regions. The effective use of land resources becomes a determining factor for their successful functioning and sustainable development. The explanation of the importance of efficient land resource utilization for agricultural enterprises is based on the fact that these resources are the basis for agricultural production, ensuring not only high quality and quantity of products but also the stability of the industry’s economic development and meeting market demands. Increasing competition in global and regional markets, changes in climatic conditions, rapid population growth — all these factors impose increased requirements on the efficient use of land resources. Understanding the definition of land resources in the modern context is extremely important for effective management of agriculture, economy and ecology. In addition, it is important for decision-making at various levels of governance, including land policy development, territorial development planning and sustainable land use. Understanding and improving the methodological aspects of the organizational-economic mechanism of efficiency can help ensure sustainable and productive land resource utilization, which is a crucial step towards ensuring the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. This article examines methodological aspects of the organizational-economic mechanism of land resource utilization efficiency in agricultural enterprises. The theoretical foundations of land resource definition are analyzed, key components of the organizational-economic mechanism are identified, and factors influencing the efficiency of land resource utilization are studied. An attempt is made in the article to systematize information in this area. To build a civilized land market in Ukraine, it is important to use market mechanisms, not command-administrative methods. The state must not only monitor compliance with the law but also create a favourable environment for market development. It is necessary to clearly define such concepts as «purpose» and to simplify the procedure for changing the purpose of land plots. The formation of an active land market in Ukraine involves various principles, including freedom of ownership and activity, full ownership, self-financing, economic responsibility, competition and state regulation. However, the Ukrainian legislation on land relations has its shortcomings, which complicate the process of obtaining land rights for investors and local communities, therefore it needs to be improved. To build a civilized land market in Ukraine, it is necessary to use market mechanisms and create a favourable environment for market development, including a clear definition of concepts and simplification of procedures.
