Анотація: Мета статті полягає у теоретичному обґрунтуванні інноваційних моде-лей у часі та концептуальному опрацюванню еволюції підходів до вивчення класич-них та сучасних моделей інновацій, щоб розв’язати виклики інноваційного розвитку економічних систем на глобальних ринках. Для досягнення цілей статті застосову-ються методи теоретичного аналізу, включаючи методи аналізу та синтезу; індукції та дедукції; порівняння; абстрагування; формалізації; логічний та історичний мето-ди. У статті проаналізовано еволюцію підходів до дослідження класичних і сучасних моделей інновацій; узагальнено наукові думки й теоретичні погляди на пізнавальне значення динамічності інновацій у процесі еволюції, яка показує як система еконо-мічного розвитку розвиває інноваційні властивості кількісно та переходить на інно-ваційний рівень якості. Дано розуміння ефективності класичних управлінських стра-тегій у керуванні інноваціями у контексті технологічних та економічних процесів. Інтерпретовано схему лінійної моделі інновацій у базових інноваційних концепціях. Сформульовано, що продовження вивчення та аналіз інноваційної діяльності допо-можуть практичному розвитку економіки, застосуванню знань в економічних процесах. Проаналізовано бачення вчених щодо визначення ефективності класичної мо-делі інновацій у технологічному та економічному контексті. Акцентовано увагу на лі-нійних моделях інновацій, що були адаптовані у програмах R&D та обґрунтували структурований підхід до вивчення інновацій, всупереч нединамічності. Визначено зміст та роль відкритих інновацій, що контрастують із класичною концепцією інно-вацій тому, що відкрита інновація передбачає партнерство, співпрацю, обмін знан-нями у створенні інноваційних продуктів і нових процесів. Запропоновано до ви-вчення моделі відкритих інновацій на глобальному ринку, що оптимізують витрати на ресурси; автоматизують працю, захищають права інтелектуальної власності, а також, розвивають світовий ринок управління інноваційними технологіями
Abstract: The purpose of the article is the theoretical substantiation of innovation models over time and the conceptual elaboration of the evolution of approaches to the study of classical and modern innovation models in order to solve the challenges of innovative development of economic systems in global markets. To achieve the goals of the article, methods of theoretical analysis are used, including methods of analysis and synthesis; induction and deduction; comparison; abstraction; formalization; logical and historical methods. The article analyzes the evolution of approaches to the study of classic and modern innovation models; scientific opinions and theoretical views on the cognitive significance of the dynamism of innovations in the process of evolution are summarized, which shows how the system of economic development develops innovative properties quantitatively and moves to the innovative level of quality. An understanding of the effectiveness of classical management strategies in managing innovations in the context of technological and economic processes is provided. The diagram of the linear model of innovation in basic innovation concepts is interpreted. It is formulated that the continuation of the study and analysis of innovative activity will help the practical development of the economy, the application of knowledge in economic processes. The vision of scientists regarding the determination of the efficiency of the classic innovation model in the technological and economic context is analyzed. Attention is focused on linear models of innovation, which were adapted in R&D programs and substantiated a structured approach to the study of innovation, contrary to non-dynamics. The content and role of open innovation is defined, which contrasts with the classical concept of innovation, because open innovation involves partnership, cooperation, knowledge exchange in the creation of innovative products and new processes. It is proposed to study the model of open innovation in the global market, which optimizes the cost of resources; automate work, protect intellectual property rights, and also develop the global market for management of innovative technologies.
