Abstract: The article introduces a new dynamic approach to the determination of enterprises’ economic behavior in the modern world, characterized by a high level of dynamism and uncertainty. The necessity of transitioning from static behavioral models to adaptive strategies is substantiated, ensuring a rapid response to external changes, including macroeconomic shocks, digital transformations, market fluctuations, and global crises. The dynamic approach is based on a three-component structure, which includes: (1) identification of six key projections of economic behavior; (2) determination of its key driving forces (drivers); and (3) modeling economic behavior based on situational scenarios of enterprise responses. The proposed methodological framework encompasses an analysis of the business environment, forecasting, scenario planning, and the integration of SMART technologies and foresight methods, enabling enterprises to minimize risks and enhance resilience in dynamic conditions. The study employs bibliographic analysis methods to identify relevant scientific approaches to economic behavior, comparative analysis of international management practices in unstable environments, and conceptual modeling to assess potential development scenarios for enterprises in modern conditions. The findings are particularly relevant for Ukrainian enterprises operating under wartime instability and the need for rapid adaptation to a changing business environment.

The dynamic approach provides a scientific foundation for developing enterprise growth strategies under uncertainty and contributes to enhancing their competitiveness. The proposed theoretical concepts can be used to develop recommendations for strategic enterprise management in unstable conditions. Moreover, the research findings serve as a foundation for further scientific exploration in the field of adaptive management and digital transformation of business processes.
