Анотація: Дослідження присвячене аналізу основних ризиків у процесі здійснення експортно-імпортних операцій та розробці рекомендацій щодо їх мінімізації із застосуванням інноваційних інструментів. У статті розглянуто сучасні підходи до ризикменеджменту у сфері експортно-імпортних операцій, акцентуючи увагу на інноваційних методах управління ризиками. Проаналізовано ключові загрози у міжнародній торгівлі та запропоновано ефективні механізми їх мінімізації.
У статті також досліджено концептуальні засади ризик-менеджменту в системі експортно-імпортних операцій, зокрема його значення для забезпечення ефективності та стійкості зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств. Розглянуто основні види ризиків, що виникають у процесі міжнародної торгівлі лікарською сировиною, зокрема фінансові, логістичні, правові та репутаційні. Наведено рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня управління ризиками шляхом використання автоматизованих аналітичних платформ, удосконалення нормативно-правового регулювання та підвищення кваліфікації менеджерів у сфері зовнішньоекономічної діяльності.
Результати дослідження свідчать про необхідність стратегічного підходу до управління ризиками з урахуванням глобальних тенденцій, цифрових технологій і сучасних інструментів аналізу. Впровадження інноваційних методів у систему ризикменеджменту сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств, стабільності експортно-імпортних операцій та зниженню ймовірності фінансових втрат. Крім того, запропоновано модель інтеграції цифрових технологій у процес управління ризиками, що дозволяє підвищити ефективність моніторингу та прогнозування загроз. Застосування комплексного підходу до ризик-менеджменту забезпечить стабільність зовнішньоекономічної діяльності підприємств в умовах динамічного ринкового середовища.
Abstract: The study is devoted to the analysis of the main risks in the process of exportimport operations and the development of recommendations for their minimisation using innovative tools. The article examines modern approaches to risk management in the field of export-import operations, focusing on innovative methods of risk management.
The key threats in international trade are analysed and effective mechanisms for their minimisation are proposed. The article also examines the conceptual foundations of risk management in the system of export-import operations, in particular, its importance for ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of foreign economic activity of enterprises. The main types of risks arising in the process of international trade in medicinal raw materials, including financial, logistical, legal and reputational, are considered. The article provides recommendations for improving the level of risk management through the use of automated analytical platforms, improvement of regulatory framework and advanced training of managers in the field of foreign economic activity.
The results of the study demonstrate the need for a strategic approach to risk management, taking into account global trends, digital technologies and modern analysis tools. The introduction of innovative methods in the risk management system will help to increase the competitiveness of enterprises, the stability of export-import operations and reduce the likelihood of financial losses. In addition, a model for integrating digital technologies into the risk management process is proposed, which allows increasing the effectiveness of monitoring and forecasting threats. The use of a comprehensive approach to risk management will ensure the stability of foreign economic activity of enterprises in a dynamic market environment.
