Abstract: The presented study explores the main perspectives on defining the concept of "investment activity," with an emphasis on enhancing the efficiency of investment activities through the utilization of digital tools. The investment activities of enterprises in the context of digitization are influenced by various factors that shape the strategies and decisions of companies. Digital technologies are rapidly evolving, and companies must be prepared to invest in new solutions to ensure competitiveness. Therefore, the primary goal of the research is to systematize the factors influencing investment activity in the conditions of digitization.

The research methods employed include analysis and synthesis methods for identifying the key components of investment activity and systematizing the conceptual apparatus. Induction and deduction methods are used to establish connections between investment activity and digitization, and evaluation methods are employed to substantiate the research direction and its core hypotheses mathematically. A graphical method is also utilized for a visual representation of the presented research results. The main findings of the research are as follows: digital transformation requires continuous investments in technology; enterprises must be prepared to adapt their infrastructures and business processes to innovative solutions; globalization and increasing competition demand active implementation of digital initiatives by enterprises to ensure their competitiveness in the global market; taking these factors into account allows enterprises to effectively formulate investment strategies in the conditions of digitization.
