ПОТОЧНИЙ СТАН ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ПРОЄКТНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В РЕЛІГІЙНИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯХ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація: У статті розглянуто сучасний стан застосування проєктного менеджменту в релігійних організаціях України, зокрема в умовах воєнного стану. Дослідження базується на експертному опитуванні керівників релігійних організацій різних конфесій та аналізі їхньої діяльності в соціальній та гуманітарній сферах.
Актуальність теми зумовлена необхідністю підвищення ефективності діяльності релігійних організацій, які дедалі частіше відіграють важливу роль у сфері соціального служіння, благодійності та кризового реагування. Визначено, що релігійні громади застосовують методи проєктного управління для підвищення ефективності гуманітарних, благодійних, духовних та освітніх проєктів, розвитку організації та покращення координації діяльності.
Однак дослідження свідчать, що лише 33 % респондентів вказали на повне впровадження проєктного підходу, тоді як 60 % організацій використовують його частково. Під час повномасштабної війни релігійні організації адаптували свою діяльність, розширюючи гуманітарні проєкти та підтримку постраждалих. Усі опитані релігійні лідери відзначили посилення використання проєктного менеджменту для таких проєктів.
Водночас результати дослідження свідчать про наявність проблем, з якими стикаються релігійні організації при впровадженні проєктного менеджменту, а саме : низька якість управління, брак фінансових ресурсів та професійної підготовки персоналу.
Таким чином, хоча релігійні організації України вже активно використовують методи проєктного менеджменту, підвищення професійних знань та подальше вдосконалення управлінських процесів є необхідною умовою для підвищення ефективності їхньої діяльності, особливо в умовах кризи та війни.
Ефективному впровадженню інструментарію проєктного менеджменту в управління релігійними організаціями має сприяти розробка спеціальної програми релігійного менеджменту та адміністрування, ії запровадження в освітніх програмах вищих теологічних навчальних закладах, організація курсів підвищення кваліфікації та семінарів для релігійних діячів, залучення релігійними організаціями професійних консультантів. В свою чергу це дасть можливість релігійним організаціям з максимальною ефективністю виконувати свої вагомі суспільні функції в період повоєнного відновлення України.
Abstract: The article examines the current state of project management application in religious organizations in Ukraine, particularly under martial law conditions. The study is based on an expert survey of religious organization leaders from various denominations and an analysis of their activities in social and humanitarian spheres.
The relevance of the topic is driven by the need to improve the efficiency of religious organizations, which increasingly play a crucial role in social service, charity, and crisis response. It has been identified that religious communities apply project management methods to enhance the effectiveness of humanitarian, charitable, spiritual, and educational projects, organizational development, and activity coordination.
However, research findings indicate that only 33 % of respondents reported the full implementation of the project approach, while 60 % of organizations use it partially.
During the full-scale war, religious organizations have adapted their activities by expanding humanitarian projects and support for affected populations. All surveyed religious leaders noted the increased use of project management for such initiatives.
At the same time, the study results highlight several challenges religious organizations face in implementing project management, including poor management quality, a lack of financial resources, and insufficient professional training of personnel.
Thus, although religious organizations in Ukraine are already actively utilizing project management methods, enhancing professional knowledge and further improving management processes are essential for increasing their effectiveness, especially in times of crisis and war.
The effective implementation of project management tools in religious organizations should be facilitated by the development of a specialized religious management and administration program, its integration into higher theological education curricula, the organization of professional development courses and seminars for religious leaders, and the engagement of professional consultants by religious organizations. This, in turn, will enable religious organizations to perform their significant social functions with maximum efficiency during Ukraineʼs post-war recovery period
