АНАЛІЗ БЕЗПЕЧЕНОСТІ ЗОВНІШНЬОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація: існуючу проблематику їх складного взаємозвʼязку. В процесі взаємодії підприємства із всіма елементами зовнішнього середовища реалізується розви-ток кожного учасника а відповідно і необхідні та обумовлені цим розвитком зміни. Виходячи з того, що підприємство не просто одночасно існує поряд із всіма іншими учасниками бізнес-середовища а саме взаємодіє із зними стає зрозумілим унікаль-ний вплив зовнішнього середовища на підприємства. Цей вплив може мати як по-зитивні так і негативні наслідки. Саме рівень небезпеки зовнішніх чинників, їх вплив на підприємство та його економічну безпеку є основою для формування висновків щодо безпечності або небезпечності зовнішнього середовища.
В роботі представлено симбіоз інструментів аналізу зовнішнього середовища під-приємств та продемонстровано його практичне застосування. В якості прикладу в статті пропонується результат PESTELI-аналізу зовнішнього середовища для українських підприємств з подальшим визначенням рівней ризикованості кожного визначеного негативного чинника. Використання PESTELI-аналізу обумовлено тим, що ця варіація класичного PEST-аналізу дозволяє зібрати широкий спектр різноманітної інформації для обгрунтування подальших висновків. Основні складові PESTELI-аналізу: політична, економічна, соціальна, технологічна, навколишнє се-редовище, правова, міжнародна/глобальна. На основі проведеного аналізу було визначено рівень безпечності бізнес-середо-вища яке характеризується критичним рівнем небезпеки для підприємств. За ре-зультатами проведеного дослідження було також обгрунтовано використання безпеко орієнтованого підходу до стратегічного управління підприємством, реа-лізація якого дозволяє підтримувати економічну безпеку підприємств які взаємоді-ють із зовнішнім середовищем критичного рівня небезпечності
Abstract: The dialectical unity of an enterprise and its external environment offers a comprehensive framework for understanding the existing problems of their complex interrelationship. In the course of interaction between the enterprise and all elements of the external environment, the development of each participant is realized, and accordingly, the necessary changes caused by this development. It is evident that enterprises do not merely coexist with other participants in the business environment; rather, they interact with them. This interaction reveals the unique influence of the external environment on the enterprise. This influence can have both positive and negative consequences. The enterpriseʼs economic security is contingent upon the level of danger posed by external factors and their subsequent impact on the enterprise. Consequently, conclusions regarding the safety or danger of the external environment are derived.
The paper presents a symbiosis of tools for analyzing the external environment of enterprises and demonstrates its practical application. For instance, the article presents the findings of a PESTELI analysis of the external environment for Ukrainian enterprises, followed by an assessment of the risk level for each identified negative factor. The employment of PESTELI analysis is predicated on the recognition that this variant of the conventional PEST analysis facilitates the aggregation of a vast array of disparate information, thereby substantiating subsequent inferences. The fundamental components of PESTELI analysis encompass the political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal, and international/global dimensions.
On the basis of the conducted analysis, was determined the level of safety of the Ukrainian business environment, which is characterized by a critical level of danger for enterprises. The results of the study also substantiated the use of a security-oriented approach to strategic enterprise management, the implementation of which allows maintaining the economic security of enterprises that interact with the external environment of a critical level of danger.
