Анотація: У статті досліджено теоретико-прикладні засади цифрової трансфор-мації бізнес-моделей приватних медичних клінік в умовах глобальної диджиталізації системи охорони здоровʼя. Обґрунтовано, що цифрова трансформація виступає не лише технологічним, а передусім управлінським процесом, який змінює архітек-тоніку бізнес-моделі медичного закладу. Визначено ключові управлінські компетент-ності, необхідні для ефективного впровадження цифрових технологій: стратегічне бачення, цифрове лідерство, аналітична спроможність, кіберграмотність та етична відповідальність управлінців.
Запропоновано концептуальну модель взаємозвʼязку стратегічних, управлінських, технологічних, соціокультурних та безпекових складових цифрової трансформації бізнес-моделі приватної клініки. Доведено, що інтеграція кібербезпеки та пацієн-тоорієнтованої безпеки в систему управління створює умови для підвищення до-віри, стійкості та конкурентоспроможності медичних послуг.
Результати дослідження мають прикладне значення для розробки стратегій ци-фрового розвитку приватних медичних організацій, формування індексу цифрової зрілості та оцінювання ефективності цифрових бізнес-моделей у сфері охорони здоровʼя.
Abstract: The article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the digital transformation of business models of private medical clinics in the context of global digitalization of the healthcare system. It is substantiated that digital transformation represents not only a technological but primarily a managerial process that reshapes the architecture of a clinicʼs business model. The study identifies the key managerial competencies required for the effective implementation of digital technologies: strategic vision, digital leadership, analytical capability, cybersecurity literacy, and ethical responsibility of managers.
A conceptual model of the interrelation between strategic, managerial, technological, sociocultural, and security components of the digital transformation of a private clinicʼs business model is proposed. It is proved that the integration of cybersecurity and patient-oriented safety into the management system forms the basis for strengthening trust, resilience, and competitiveness of medical services.
The results of the study have practical significance for developing digital transformation strategies for private healthcare organizations, forming a digital maturity index, and assessing the efficiency of digital business models in the healthcare sector
