Анотація: У статті обґрунтовано важливість виробництва продукції з високою доданою вартістю шляхом розширення ланцюгів доданої вартості у виробництві та експорті сільськогосподарської продукції в Україні. Автори наголошують, що класична парадигма зовнішньоекономічної діяльності, яка зосереджується на заміні експорту сировини експортом готової продукції, хоча й залишається актуальною, проте не вичерпує всі можливості для сталого економічного зростання.
У цьому контексті пропонується альтернативний підхід, заснований на створенні інноваційних біотехнологічних і циркулярних ланцюгів доданої вартості, які забез-печують комплексне використання сільськогосподарських ресурсів, побічної проду-кції тваринництва та вторинної сировини. Розкрито теоретичні засади форму-вання ланцюгів доданої вартості, окреслено міжнародні моделі (ЄС, США), проаналізовано специфіку сільськогосподарської сировини як вихідної точки для по-дальших трансформацій.
Особливу увагу приділено тваринництву як проміжній ланці, що дозволяє ефек- тивно використовувати біологічні відходи у біотехнологічній переробці. У статті висвітлено можливості отримання продукції з високою доданою вартістю, такої як амінокислоти (лізин, метіонін, треонін), ферментні препарати (панкреатин, гепарин, інсулін), білкові сполуки (колаген, желатин, протеїни та пептиди), а та-кож біоактивні речовини для фармацевтичної, косметичної та харчової промисло-вості.
Показано, що біотехнологічна переробка здатна формувати нові нішеві ринки — від пробіотиків і ферментних комплексів до високотехнологічних наноматеріалів і медичних препаратів. Енергетичний аспект розглянуто окремо, з акцентом на розвиток біогазових ус-тановок, технологій виробництва біодизелю, використання побічної продукції для виробництва енергії та виготовлення органічних добрив у межах циркулярної еко-номіки.
Доведено, що реалізація розширених ланцюгів доданої вартості створює умови для енергетичної самодостатності аграрних підприємств, зниження екологічних ризиків та підвищення конкурентоспроможності.
У статті підсумовано економічний та експортний потенціал розвитку агробіотехно-логічних кластерів в Україні, а також перспективи брендового позиціонування продук-ції з високою доданою вартістю на ринках ЄС, Азії та Близького Сходу. Серед стра-тегічних напрямів — стимулювання інновацій, розширення наукових досліджень і розробок у сфері біотехнологій, розвиток виробництва фармацевтичних субстанцій та інтеграція українських виробників у європейські ланцюги доданої вартості.
Abstract: The article substantiates the importance of producing high value-added products through the extension of value chains in the production and export of agricultural products in Ukraine. The authors emphasize that the classical paradigm of foreign economic activity, which focuses on replacing raw material exports with the export of finished goods, while still relevant, does not exhaust all opportunities for sustainable economic growth. In this context, an alternative approach is proposed, based on the creation of innovative biotechnological and circular value chains that ensure the integrated use of agricultural resources, livestock by-products, and secondary raw materials. Theoretical foundations of value chain formation are revealed, international models (EU, USA) are outlined, and the specifics of agricultural raw materials as the starting point for further transformations are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to livestock as an intermediate link that enables the utilization of biological waste in biotechnological processing. The article highlights opportunities for obtaining high value-added products such as amino acids (lysine, methionine, threonine), enzyme preparations (pancreatin, heparin, insulin), protein compounds (collagen, gelatin, proteins and peptides), as well as bioactive substances for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries. It is shown that biotechnological processing can generate new niche markets — from probiotics and enzyme complexes to advanced nanomaterials and medical products. The energy dimension is considered separately, focusing on the development of biogas plants, biodiesel technologies, the use of by-products for energy production, and the manufacture of organic fertilizers within the circular economy framework. It is demonstrated that the implementation of extended value chains creates conditions for the energy self-sufficiency of agricultural enterprises, the reduction of environmental risks, and the strengthening of competitiveness. The article summarizes the economic and export potential of developing agro-biotechnological clusters in Ukraine, as well as the prospects for brand positioning of high value-added products in EU, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets. Strategic directions include stimulating innovation, expanding R&D in biotechnology, developing pharmaceutical substance production, and integrating Ukrainian producers into European value chains
