Анотація: У статті досліджено вплив диспропорції торговельних потоків на глобальні судноплавні маршрути та портову інфраструктуру, зокрема в умовах пандемії COVID-19 та воєнних дій в Україні. Доведено, що пандемія COVID-19 та воєнні конфлікти порушили стабільність постачань, а морські перевезення зазнали безпрецедентних затримок і дефіциту контейнерів. Зазначено, що в умовах глобальної трансформації спостерігається посилення диспропорції торговельних потоків, що спричиняє нерівномірне навантаження на світові судноплавні маршрути та портову інфраструктуру. Це спричинило переглянути стратегії перевезень та актуалізувало впровадження принципів гнучуого судноплавства. Визначено економічні, геополітичні, технологічні, екологічні та соціальні чинники, які формують нерівномірність вантажопотоків, та мають комплексний характер. Окрему увагу приділено стійкості портів, цифровій трансформації та диверсифікації маршрутів як інструментам адаптації до кризових умов. Обгрунтовано, що диспропорція торговельних потоків формується під впливом багатьох взаємопов’язаних факторів, серед яких провідне місце займають економічна глобалізація, геополітична нестабільність, технологічна нерівність та екологічні обмеження. Запропоновано комплекс заходів щодо згладжування диспропорцій, що включає модернізацію портової інфраструктури, розвиток регіональних хабів і мультимодальних перевезень, цифровізацію та автоматизацію логістики, міжнародну координацію судноплавних альянсів і державну підтримку. Комплекс заходів, заснований на поєднанні цифрових інновацій, регіональної інтеграції та сталого розвитку, здатний забезпечити поступове згладжування диспропорцій у світових торговельних потоках і сприяти підвищенню ефективності глобальної судноплавної інфраструктури. Отримані результати мають практичне значення для підвищення ефективності глобальної судноплавної системи та адаптації портів до сучасних викликів.
Abstract: The article investigates the impact of the disproportion of trade flows on global navigable routes and port infrastructure, in particular in the conditions of the Covid19 pandemic and hostilities in Ukraine. It has been proved that the Covid-19 pandemics and military conflicts have violated the stability of supply, and maritime transport has undergone unprecedented delays and containers. It is noted that in the conditions of global transformation there is an increase in the disproportion of trade flows, which causes uneven load on world navigable routes and port infrastructure. This led to review of transportation strategies and actualized the implementation of the principles of flexible navigation. Economic, geopolitical, technological, environmental and social factors that form the unevenness of cargo flows are identified and are complex. Particular attention is paid to the stability of ports, digital transformation and diversification of routes as tools for adaptation to crisis conditions. It is substantiated that the disproportion of trade flows is formed under the influence of many interrelated factors, among which the leading place is occupied by economic globalization, geopolitical instability, technological inequality and environmental restrictions. A set of measures for smoothing disproportions, including the modernization of port infrastructure, development of regional hubs and multimodal transportation, digitalization and automation of logistics, international coordination of shipping alliances and state support, is proposed. A set of measures based on the combination of digital innovation, regional integration and sustainable development, is able to provide a gradual smoothing of disproportions in world trade flows and to increase the efficiency of global navigable infrastructure. The results obtained are practical for improving the efficiency of the global navigation system and adaptation of ports to modern challenges.
