Abstract: The article clarifies the peculiarities of the application of innovations during the formation of the management system in agribusiness enterprises. It has been proven that the infrastructure of agribusiness enterprises includes elements of the external environment; markets, namely resource and sales markets; institutions and agents; public relations; relevant socio-economic processes and phenomena; system of state support for agribusiness enterprises. It was found that the stages of managing the innovative attractiveness of agribusiness enterprises include forecasting and goal setting, planning, organization, coordination, implementation, monitoring, correction and control. The components of managing the innovative attractiveness of agribusiness enterprises are financial and economic management, organizational management, personnel management, supply and sales management, marketing and image management, production management and innovation management. The process of managing innovative attractiveness is carried out in stages that are interdependent with tasks. The results obtained during the research are that the proposed methodology for assessing the quality of the management system of an agribusiness enterprise will allow to clearly identify the problems of the functioning of the existing structure and will allow to form directions for increasing the efficiency of the organizational and economic management mechanism on the way to perfection, and the involvement of foreign experience will contribute to the management of the enterprise at a higher level level of functioning.
