Світовий досвід реалізації етичних принципів в організації економічної безпеки підприємницької діяльності

Анотація: Сучасність сформувала нові вимоги до підприємницької діяльності зокрема в частині організації її економічної безпеки. Доволі довго ділова етика залишалась лише теоретичною концепцією, практична значущість якої була недооцінена.
Після прийняття у 2015 році Цілей сталого розвитку Організацією Об’єднаних Націй, суттєво змінилось розуміння важливості і необхідності дотримання бізнесом етичних принципів в своїй діяльності. В статті досліджені ключові етичні принципи підприємницької діяльності та їх взаємозв’язок із організацією економічної безпеки підприємницької діяльності, розглянуто необхідність інтеграції етичних принципів в бізнес-процеси з метою мінімізації ризиків і забезпечення довгострокового сталого розвитку.
В роботі представлено обзор світових брендів, які демонструють успішну реалізацію етичних принципів в організації їх економічної безпеки. Для відображення їх діяльності в цьому напряму авторами досліджено приклади компаній із різних сфер діяльності з метою підкреслити методи, які вони використовують для управління соціальною відповідальністю та корпоративною етикою. Крім того в досліджені наведені ризики і загрози для економічної безпеки підприємницької діяльності, які пов’язані із недотриманням або порушенням етичних принципів.
Для досягнення поставленої мети автори визначили розуміння того, як етичні принципи сприяють економічній безпеці підприємницької діяльності за рахунок не тільки дотримання встановлених законів, норм, правил і стандартів а також формування позитивного іміджу бізнесу більш привабливого для інвесторів. Дослідження підкреслює актуальність реалізації етичних принципів в організації економічної безпеки бізнесу особливо в умовах сучасного глобалізованого суспільства, однією із характеристик якого виступає підвищення прозорості і темпів розповсюдження інформації. В роботі акцентовано увагу на взаємодії між етичними принципами та економічною безпекою підприємницької діяльності, яка грунтується на тому, що реалізація етичних принципів сприяє соціальній відповідальності бізнесу та виконує функцію інструменту для мінімізації ризиків і забезпеченні стабільності функціонування у довгостроковій перспективі.
Abstract: The present era has set forth new demands for entrepreneurial activities, particularly concerning the organization of economic security. Business ethics, once relegated to a theoretical concept, saw its practical significance underestimated for quite some time. Following the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations in 2015, there has been a significant shift in understanding the importance and necessity of businesses adhering to ethical principles in their operations. This article explores key ethical principles in entrepreneurial activities and their interconnection with the organization of economic security in entrepreneurship. It emphasizes the need for integrating ethical principles into business processes to minimize risks and ensure long-term sustainable development.
The paper provides a survey of global brands that successfully implement ethical principles in ensuring their economic security. To illustrate their activities in this direction, the authors investigate examples from various industries, highlighting the methods used for managing social responsibility and corporate ethics. Additionally, the research presents risks and threats to the economic security of entrepreneurial activities associated with non-compliance or violation of ethical principles.
To achieve the stated goal, the authors identify an understanding of how ethical principles contribute to the economic security of entrepreneurial activities, not only through compliance with established laws, norms, rules, and standards but also by shaping a positive business image more attractive to investors.
The study underscores the relevance of implementing ethical principles in organizing the economic security of businesses, especially in the conditions of contemporary globalized society, characterized by increased transparency and the rapid dissemination of information. The work focuses on the interaction between ethical principles and the economic security of entrepreneurial activities, asserting that the implementation of ethical principles promotes business social responsibility and serves as a tool for risk minimization and ensuring stability in the long term.
