Анотація: Сучасний етап розвитку підприємств енергетичного сектору України характеризується високою інтенсивністю структурних трансформацій, нестабільністю середовища функціонування, ускладненням моделей створення вартості та посиленням вимог до адаптивності підприємств. За таких умов традиційні підходи до оцінювання розвитку, що базуються на ізольованому аналізі окремих показників результативності, не забезпечують цілісного розуміння логіки розвитку підприємства, характеру взаємодії операційних і ринкових процесів, а також особливостей формування стійкості розвитку в умовах нестабільності. Особливого значення це набуває для підприємств енергетичного сектору, діяльність яких супроводжується інтеграцією різних функціональних компонентів, ускладненням способів організації діяльності та зміною механізмів формування економічного результату. Попри значну кількість досліджень у сфері розвитку підприємств, недостатньо уваги приділяється аналізу конфігурацій розвитку, характеру узгодженості між операційною та ринковою динамікою, а також питанням стійкості та адаптивності розвитку підприємств в умовах тривалої нестабільності. У зв’язку з цим метою статті є апробація конфігураційного підходу до діагностики розвитку підприємств енергетичного сектору України на основі аналізу особливостей взаємодії операційних та ринкових змін, виявлення конфігурацій розвитку, характеру їх узгодженості, стійкості та практичних можливостей використання результатів діагностики в управлінні розвитком підприємств. У статті здійснено апробацію конфігураційного підходу до діагностики розвитку на вибірці з 11 підприємств енергетичного сектору України, діяльність яких пов’язана з різними варіантами інжинірингової моделі створення вартості. Дослідження базується на аналізі операційного та ринкового просторів розвитку, стратегічній верифікації отриманих результатів та інтегральній інтерпретації конфігурацій розвитку підприємств. Результати проведеного дослідження дозволили виявити високу варіативність конфігурацій розвитку, асиметричність взаємодії операційної та ринкової динаміки, а також домінування нестійких і реконфігураційних моделей розвитку підприємств в умовах нестабільності. Проведене дослідження підтвердило доцільність використання конфігураційного підходу для діагностики розвитку підприємств енергетичного сектору України. Встановлено, що розвиток підприємств характеризується різними типами взаємодії операційних і ринкових процесів, які відрізняються рівнем узгодженості, стійкості та здатністю забезпечувати довгострокове закріплення результатів діяльності. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованого підходу для стратегічного моніторингу розвитку підприємств, оцінювання характеру їх адаптації до нестабільного середовища та виявлення ризиків порушення стійкості розвитку.
Abstract: The current stage of development of enterprises in the energy sector of Ukraine is characterized by a high intensity of structural transformations, instability of the business environment, increasing complexity of value creation models, and growing requirements for enterprise adaptability. Under such conditions, traditional approaches to assessing enterprise development based on the isolated analysis of individual performance indicators no longer provide a comprehensive understanding of the logic of enterprise development, the interaction between operational and market processes, or the mechanisms ensuring development sustainability in an unstable environment. This issue is particularly relevant for enterprises in the energy sector, whose activities are increasingly associated with the integration of various functional components, the complication of organizational models, and the transformation of approaches to generating economic results. Despite the considerable number of studies devoted to enterprise development, insufficient attention has been paid to the analysis of development configurations, the coherence between operational and market dynamics, and the sustainability and adaptability of enterprise development under prolonged instability. In this regard, the purpose of the article is to test a configurational approach to diagnosing the development of enterprises in the energy sector of Ukraine through the analysis of the interaction between operational and market changes, identification of development configurations, assessment of their coherence and sustainability, and determination of the practical possibilities for applying diagnostic results in enterprise development management. The article presents the approbation of a configurational approach based on a sample of Ukrainian energy sector enterprises operating within different variants of an engineering-based value creation model. The research methodology is grounded in the analysis of operational and market development spaces, strategic verification of the obtained results, and the integral interpretation of enterprise development configurations. The conducted research made it possible to identify a high variability of development configurations, asymmetry in the interaction between operational and market dynamics, as well as the predominance of unstable and reconfiguration-based development models under conditions of instability. The study confirmed the feasibility of applying the configurational approach to diagnosing the development of enterprises in the energy sector of Ukraine. It was established that enterprise development is characterized by different types of interaction between operational and market processes, which differ in the level of coherence, sustainability, and the ability to ensure the long-term consolidation of development results. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approach for strategic monitoring of enterprise development, assessment of enterprise adaptation to an unstable environment, and identification of risks associated with the disruption of development sustainability.
